Three Ways - Online, Mail or Phone

Online Courses - pay with credit card
Online courses are available by simply choosing the courses, registering, and paying for the courses using your credit card or check.

Online Courses - pay by check or money order

Note: If you wish to pay by check or money order:
1. Choose your courses
2. Register
3. Email us at feedback@carestar.com or call us at 513-386-6971 and leave us a message that you are registered. NOTE: Tell us what courses you choose.
4. Within 24 hours your courses will be online. After your complete the courses you can send us a check or money order to:

Mailed Courses
Courses will be mailed to you and will arrive to your home within 2-4 working days.
Simply choose the course you want from the list and email your request to us. (See steps below)
You will recieve confirmation that your courses are in the mail within 24 hours.

Steps to get courses by mail:
1. View the course list and pick the bundle or individual course(s).

Leave us your:
1. Name
2. Address
3. City, State, Zip
4. Phone Number
5. Email address if you have one
6. Courses you would like mailed

(If you pick a bundle just tell us "bundle" and the name of the bundle.)
(If you pick individual courses just tell us the name(s).
Courses will be mailed to you and will arrive to your home within 2-4 working days.
